The International School of Economics in Tbilisi (ISET, www.iset.ge/www.iset-pi.ge) is seeking an Executive Assistant to the President.
Dimension and Scope:
• Assists with the planning, directing, and supervising all administrative functions of the organization
• Provides administrative support to the President
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Help to implement and supervise the timely implementation of all project-related and regular activities
• Help to control the collection of performance indicators
• Ensure timely reporting to the president from organizational units
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the President's office and internal Departments and ensure adequate information flow
• Manage President’s schedule and calendar
• Arrange President’s meetings, travel, itineraries, and agendas
• Manage President’s e-mail account, official correspondence, invitations, RSVPs
• Draft letters, emails, reports
• Attend internal and external meetings with/on behalf of the President
• Take minutes of all meetings to update the president and follow up, as appropriate
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic, understand the need for confidentiality and professional demeanor, embrace teamwork and have experience in providing high-quality customer service
• Well organized and be able to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment and sometimes work under pressure, proactively and efficiently
• High degree of accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Communication skills in Georgian and Russian is highly desirable (ex-pats will be also considered)
• Writing and proofreading skills
• Experience in working independently and collaboratively, organizing work, and coordinating work of others
• Displays engaging interpersonal skills including the ability to think and act strategically, provide sound judgment, and positive and energetic attitude
• At least 2 years experience of working in a similar capacity, in an international environment
