PMCG grants five ISET BA students best thesis award
ოთხშაბათი, 22 სექტემბერი, 2021

Five graduates from the ISET 2021 BA program have won the Best Thesis Competition supported by the Policy and Management Consulting Group (PMCG), an international development consulting company, and ISET’s long-time friend and partner.

The top three winners, Nika Kapanadze, Gocha Kardava, and Sergi Gadelia, were awarded cash prizes from PMCG, while Archil Chapichadze and Mery Julakidze who took fourth and fifth place received Certificates of Honorable Mention.

The thorough selection criteria, developed by the competition committee including ISET, PMCG, and an external scholar, required students from the 2021 cohort to demonstrate advanced research, literature review, and data collection skills. The competition finalists were ultimately chosen by members of the selection committee through a comprehensive screening process.

The impact of such competitions can be life-changing, as one recipient, Nika Kapanadze, explained: “I was very happy and grateful when I heard that I was selected as one of the recipients of the PMCG award. I think that it is a great option for everyone who is eager to study at ISET. I would like to thank PMCG, which has given me more motivation to work hard and implement my future plans.”

ISET is deeply grateful to PMCG for going above and beyond its previous acts of friendship and for developing a new initiative and encouraging the next generation of young researchers.
