Mikheil Nadareishvili graduated from Oxford University with MSc in Applied Statistics before attending ISET and graduated as part of the Class of 2014. He joined TBC bank shortly afterward, motivated by his deep interest in using statistical and machine learning tools to gain insights from vast amounts of data and use them to inform policies and decisions. His initial role was to develop statistical models to segment customers, understand their needs, and predict their behavior. These insights were then used to deliver personalized service to each client of the bank. The project turned out to be a resounding success and turned into a strategic direction for the bank. As of September 2016, he is the head of the Data Science Unit. In this capacity, he is helping to expand data-driven approaches to personalized services throughout the whole bank.

ISET is proud that it attracts postgraduates from universities of the Oxbridge caliber, and prouder still of the success ISET graduates achieve after leaving the institution. Although ISET's employment record stands at 100%, Mikheil's rapid (and impressive) advancement through the TBC ranks is particularly good news, and an example to follow for those studying at ISET who have yet to graduate.
