Demand study for frozen bakery and pastry products

From September 2018 to November 2018, APRC conducted a B2B market study for a private party.

The aim of the study was to determine the potential size- and geography of the demand for frozen bakery and pastry products from hotels and chain shops in Georgia. Therefore, ISET, in cooperation with the client, developed a specific questionnaire and interviewed predetermined business operators across the country.

Insightful primary data (quantitative and qualitative) collected during the interviews were combined with the secondary data from official statistics to better understand the existing market for frozen bakery and pastry products, and assess the potential for its further development.

The results of the survey will assist the client to work out the strategy that fits the Georgian market the best.
