ყველაფერი ჩემი სამაგისტრო ნაშრომით დაიწყო, რომლის საშუალებითაც ვეცადე, საქართველოში ეთნიკურ ქართველებსა და უმცირესობებს შორის ხელფასების სხვაობის მიზეზები გამეგო. მას შემდეგ ათ წელიწადზე მეტი გავიდა და ერთ-ერთი წამყვანი ჟურნალი სტატიას აქვეყნებს იმ ექსპერიმენტული მტკიცებულებების გამოყენებით, რომლებიც მე და ჩემმა კოლეგებმა შევაგროვეთ და გავაანალიზეთ შრომის ბაზრის თავისებურებების შესახებ ეთნიკურ უმცირესობებსა და ქალებთან მიმართებაში.
