ISET-ის კვლევითი ინსტიტუტის აგრარული პოლიტიკის კვლევითმა გუნდმა ჩაატარა ქარსაფარი ზოლის კანონპროექტის რეგულირების ზეგავლენის შეფასება (RIA) და წარმოადგინა რეკომენდაციები წარდგენილი რეგულაციის ინკლუზიური და მდგრადი ფორმით განხორციელების პოლიტიკის სხვადასხვა ალტერნატივაზე.

On June 29, at the Tbilisi office of USAID G4G, a round table discussion about Agricultural Land Registration Reform was held. The meeting was organized by the ISET Policy Institute under the “ReforMeter” project. During the meeting, the land registration process and achievements and challenges of the land market in the country were all discussed.

2017 წელს, წინა წელთან შედარებით, სოფლის მეურნეობის პროდუქციის გამოშვება 2.1%-ით არის შემცირებული. წინა წელთან შედარებით, მემცენარეობაში 0.4%-იანი, მეცხოველეობაში კი 3.8%-იანი კლება ფიქსირდება. წარმოების დონის შემცირება აისახა თვითუზრუნველყოფის კოეფიცინტებზე, რომელთა უმეტესობაც ასევე შემცირებულია.

On June 15, 2018, the Farmers’ Congress took place at hotel Betsy’s in Tbilisi. The congress discussed the opportunities and challenges of the EU-Georgia Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA), focusing on small and medium-size farmers and agricultural cooperatives.

On May 29th, the ISET’s Salome Gelashvili spoke at the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development – Tbilisi Implementation Conference hosted by the Parliament of Georgia and held at the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel from May 28th to 29th. She participated in a panel discussion on data for sustainable development.
