The recent resetting of Georgian-Iranian bilateral relations was in the focus of a seminar organized by ISET and the Austrian Institute for Caucasus Studies as part of the Vienna Forum for the Modernization of the Black Sea Region. Held on Tuesday, March 22nd, the seminar covered both historical and current – political and economic – aspects of cooperation between the two countries.

საერთაშორისო საკონსულტაციო ჯგუფმა Mercer, 2012 წლის ცხოვრების ხარისხის კვლევის მიხედვით, მსოფლიოს 222 ქალაქის რეიტინგი შეადგინა საცხოვრებელად ვარგისიანობის მიხედვით. თბილისი 213-ე ადგილზე მოხვდა, რამაც ბევრი ქართველი აღაშფოთა. ინტერნეტში ძალიან მარტივია იპოვო ცილისმწამებლები რეიტინგის შემქმნელის წინააღმდეგ, ან მათ წინააღმდეგ ვისაც ეს რეიტინგი აქვთ მოხსენებული. ონლაინ პეტიციის ინიცირებაც კი მოხდა ამ რეიტინგის წინააღმდეგ.

On Wednesday, January 27th ISET hosted Mr. Marcio Favilla Lucca de Paula, Executive Director for Operational Programmes and Institutional Relations at the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) based in Madrid, Spain. World Tourism Organization became one of the UN specialized agencies in 2013 and is the newest one among 14 specialized agencies.
