The OECD, in partnership with the ITF, is set to conduct an analytical study focusing on Türkiye, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan—the key countries of the Middle Corridor. The study aims to pinpoint bottlenecks and reform requirements related to infrastructure, trade facilitation, and political support.
The ISET Policy Institute is actively supporting the OECD's research efforts in Georgia through an inclusive online survey directed at diverse stakeholders, including companies, private sector organizations, and government agencies. Addressing key policy dimensions, such as transport infrastructure, trade facilitation, and political support, the study incorporates qualitative interviews with selected stakeholders, including international organizations, to provide a comprehensive perspective.
The overarching goal is to identify challenges, opportunities, and reform priorities, ultimately offering a consolidated view on the Middle Corridor's potential in the final report.
