Elene Tskhomelidze is a researcher at the ISET Policy Institute's Private Sector Development Policy Research Center. Elene is a student in the Ph.D. program in Economics at Tbilisi State University. Her thesis focuses on issues of trade integration between the Associated Trio Countries and the European Union, with an emphasis on the effectiveness of the DCFTA and the challenges in this direction.

Elene holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Politics, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Tbilisi State University. Prior to joining the ISET-Policy Institute, Elene worked at the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee of the Parliament of Georgia and the Georgian National Competition Agency.
