უფრო და უფრო ცხადი ხდება, რომ აღმოსავლეთ დონბასი (დონეცკის და ლუგანსკის ამჟამად კონტროლირებადი ტერიტორია) გაყინული კონფლიქტური ზონა გახდება. ასევე ცხადია, რომ ამ ტერიტორიაზე უკრაინის მთავრობის გავლენა შესუსტდება და პარალელური, არაღიარებული „კვაზი სახელმწიფო“ ჩამოყალიბდება.
