ISET is proud to welcome Maria De Paola, a visiting professor working at the Department of Economics, Statistics and Finance at the University of Calabria in Italy. Currently an Associate Professor of Economics, Maria obtained her PhD in Economics from the University of Rome.

We are proud to announce that Aram Grigorian (ISET class 2015) was accepted with full university funding to the prestigious Economics Ph.D. program at Duke University. Aram received generous admission offers from other top schools, such as Johns Hopkins and Ohio State, which he had to decline. He also had to decline (at least for the time being) the possibility of a professional career as a rock guitarist.

For two days ISET’s cafeteria turned into a festive Azerbaijani kitchen. The preparation process was led by the first-year students of the ISET MA program, Orkhan Suleymanli, and his assistant Nijat Guliyev.

რამდენიმე წლის წინ, მამაჩემმა, რომელიც ენთუზიასტი ბლოგერია, დაწერა სტატია კიევის უწესრიგო რეკლამების პრობლემაზე, რამაც წალეკა ქალაქი. კედლები, ღობეები, განათების ბოძები, ავტობუსის გაჩერებები და ტროტუარებიც კი აჭრელებული იყო განცხადებებით, რომლებიც რეკლამას უკეთებდა ყველაფერს დედამიწის ზურგზე. ქაღალდისა და წებოს ნარჩენებით მოსვრილი ჩვენი კორპუსის შესასვლელი სევდიანი სანახავი იყო.

In early February 2016, ISET opened its doors to a group of 7 economics students and faculty from one of Europe’s top schools of business and economics, HEC at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
