The ISET Policy Institute has been closely monitoring and assessing the progress of pension reform for years. Respectively, we have reviewed the proposed changes and identified substantial risks for the effective organizational structure of the pension fund and the welfare of over 1.5 million participating citizens.

On May 1 ReforMeter and the USAID Economic Governance Program hosted a public-private dialogue to discuss the progress of tourism reform with local stakeholders in Ambrolauri, Racha, Georgia.

On March 19, ReforMeter and the USAID Economic Governance Program hosted a third public-private dialogue dedicated to assessing the progress of the RIA institutionalization reform that aims to integrate the execution of RIAs into the routine practice of policymaking and implementation.

On January 31, ReforMeter and the USAID Economic Governance Program hosted a second public-private dialogue dedicated to assessing the progress of the water resource management reform. The reform assessment includes an overview of the activities outlined and executed under the new law "On Water Resources Management" that was adopted by the Parliament of Georgia on June 30, 2023.

Assessing the progress of the SME Development reform (henceforth "SME reform") relates to the activities that have been implemented and are planned in accordance with the SME Development Strategy of Georgia 2021-2025. The strategy aims to restore positive trends that were present prior to the onset of the pandemic and to support the continued growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
