The EaP CSO program, funded by BMZ and implemented by GIZ, strengthens CSOs in EaP countries, focusing on institutional capacity, networking, and grant projects for sustainable local development. In collaboration with GIZ, the ISET Policy Institute plays a crucial role in organizing and conducting training sessions, covering essential topics such as proposal writing, project management, financial and human resource management, strategic communications, social media management, advocacy, social research methods, policy analysis, and internal procedures.

Objectives include improving organizational capacity, enhancing technical skills, strengthening leadership, and promoting collaboration to ensure efficient decision-making, transparency, and accountability, ultimately fostering the impactful implementation of programs across various sectors.
