ISET Policy Institute is seeking a Grant Officer.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing project budgets, budget notes, and other financial narratives for the upcoming projects as required by donors/funders such as the EU, USAID, etc.
• Provide financial reporting for specific projects if required by the donors/funders
• Assist the point person in any external evaluations or audits related to ISET-PI
• Be responsible for identifying funding opportunities and sharing information in a timely manner
• Assist to monitor that project milestones are being met and ensuring that grants are acquitted in a timely manner
• Assist in the provision of logistical support in the proposal preparation
• Assist to establish project management (online) software and keeping it updated
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic, understand the need for confidentiality and professional demeanor, embrace teamwork and have experience in providing high-quality customer service
• Well organized and be able to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment and sometimes work under pressure, proactively and efficiently
• High degree of accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Georgian and English
• Solid experience in working with MS Excel
• Experience of working in a similar capacity is preferable;
