მამაჩემი ხშირად მიყვებოდა იმ დროზე, როდესაც საბჭოთა კავშირის ეკონომიკამ რყევა დაიწყო და ახალდაბადებული კაპიტალიზმის ქაოსში საჯარო რესურსების დატაცება დაიწყეს. ეს პერიოდი, როგორც წესი, მედროვე ოლიგარქების გამოჩენასთან ასოცირდება. საქართველოში შექმნილი გარემოების გამოყენება შეძლეს ბიზნესმენებმაც, რომელთა შორის თურქებიც იყვნენ.

ISET is proud to announce that resident faculty member Norberto Pignatti has recently become a research fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA), a private, independent research institute based in Bonn (Germany), which conducts nationally and internationally-oriented labor market research. IZA runs the world's largest research network in economic science, comprising over 1,300 international Research Fellows and Affiliates, as well as Policy Fellows from business, politics, society, and the media.

გასულ კვირას სომხეთის პრეზიდენტის ოფიციალური ვიზიტი იმედისმომცემი განცხადებით დასრულდა: ჯერ კიდევ 2014 წელს საქართველოსა და სომხეთის მთავრობების მიერ დამტკიცებული ინფრასტრუქტურული პროექტის „მეგობრობის ხიდის“ მშენებლობა 2017 წელს დაიწყება და ორ წელიწადში დასრულდება. საქართველოს პრემიერ-მინისტრმა და სომხეთის პრეზიდენტმა ორ ქვეყანას შორის ეკონომიკური და სავაჭრო ურთიერთობების გაღრმავების სხვა შესაძლებლობებსა და ამ პროცესში ბიზნეს-საზოგადოების ჩართვის გზებზეც იმსჯელეს.
