ნინო კვირკველია და მისი მეუღლე, ირაკლი თოდუა ტიპიური წვრილი მესაკუთრეები არ გეგონოთ. ორივე განათლებულია (აქვთ ხარისხი საქართველოს წამყვანი უნივერსიტეტების ეკონომიკისა და ბიზნესის მიმართულებით). მათი საკუთრება საქართველოს სოფლის მეურნეობის კონტექსტში კიდევ უფრო შთამბეჭდავია: წყვილი ფლობს 28(!) ჰა სასოფლო-სამეურნეო მიწას მებაღეობის სამოთხეში, თხილით განთქმულ სამეგრელოში. ეს შესანიშნავი მოცულობაა, თუ გავითვალისწინებთ, რომ საქართველოში სასოფლო-სამეურნეო ნაკვეთების საშუალო ზომა 1 ჰექტარს ოდნავ თუ აჭარბებს.

Resident faculty participated in ISET's Ongoing Professional Development Pedagogical Course. This year’s course followed on from the 2015 program, which consisted of consultations, practical sessions, and feedback on teaching methods, as well as discussions relating to the participants' own professional experiences.

Along with a recent interview by a Japanese journalist on regional economics and the attendance of a Japanese student in the Class of 2018, ISET is broadening its Japanese experience with a visit to Tokyo.

ISET graduates have once again proved their versatility by passing the first level of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program.
