On 30 November 2017, the ISET Policy Institute hosted a High-Level Education Action Event which was the third in a series of education policy dialogues focused on general education. This time, the event was held in partnership with UNICEF and the World Bank, as well as with key SDG 4 stakeholders to drive a new push for inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all.

ქართული ბიზნესის განწყობის ინდექსი (BCI) 2017 წლის მესამე კვარტალში უმნიშვნელოდ გაიზარდა და 28.2 ერთეულს მიაღწია, რაც წინა კვარტალთან შედარებით 1.2 პუნქტით მაღალია. შემცირებული მოლოდინების მიუხედავად, მეოთხე კვარტალში ბიზნესის განწყობის ინდექსის ზრდა მიმდინარე მდგომარეობის ინდექსის მნიშვნელოვანმა ზრდამ განაპირობა.

On November 27, ISET hosted Francois Painchaud, the Resident Representative of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Georgia. Mr. Painchaud presented the 2017 October Regional Economic Outlook for the Caucasus and Central Asia (CCA) region, covering the global and regional environment, outlook and policy actions, and policies to help maintain macroeconomic stability and how to secure higher and more inclusive growth.
