On 16 December 2022, ISET Policy Institute introduced the “Caucasus and Central Asia Regional Economic Outlook” presentation, led by Selim Cakir, the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) Resident Representative for Georgia. Mr. Cakir discussed the key challenges affecting the economy throughout the region.
On 21 November, Davit Keshelava, deputy practice lead of ISET Policy Institute’s Macroeconomic Policy Research Center (MPRC), took part in a Georgian-Austrian Business Forum that was organized by Advantage Austria Tbilisi (while acting as part of the Trade Mission in Georgia and Azerbaijan).

On September 15-16, 2022, Ana Burduli of ISET Policy Institute participated in the Sixth Annual CAREC Think Tank Development Forum (CTTDF) in Baku, Azerbaijan under the theme “Recalibrating Growth Dynamics for Inclusive and Sustainable Economies”.
On 12 September, ISET hosted Mr. Albert Park, Chief Economist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). In his address, he spoke to the ISET community of students and researchers about “Technology, Globalization, and the Changing Nature of work in Emerging Markets”.
