ISET Policy Institute, with the financial support of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is developing training sessions that will provide journalists and advanced journalism students with an introduction to the key concepts and core ideas from energy economics and environmental economics.
The project aims to increase the role and participatory power of media in the economic reform implementation process in Georgia by equipping Georgian media representatives with the necessary skills and creating an easily accessible online repository on economic reforms.
Between April 19-21, ISET PI’s Agricultural and Rural Policy Research Center (APRC) conducted training with representatives from the parliament’s Agrarian Issues Committee. These meetings were supported by the UNDP as part of their EU project – Consolidation of Parliamentary Democracy in Georgia.
