The ISET team conducted an online survey that began with the following question: if you could choose where to be born, what country would you pick? We intentionally formulated the question in this way, which is very different from asking “where would you like to travel or to migrate?” This formulation was meant to allow us to look into characteristics of countries to determine which ones individuals find interesting and appealing if a veil of ignorance is added about their initial standing in the society (e.g. in family and/or social class status at birth).

We are excited to announce that this week ISET will be hosting a second delegation representing the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen. A four-day program is planned to start on April 3, which includes anti-corruption seminars, public discussions, and site visits to relevant public institutions and businesses.
Khachik Gevorgyan, the founder and CEO of ARMACAD, visited ISET to meet the institution's faculty and students and introduce ARMACAD, a special platform for universities and academic centers to present scholarships, conferences, grants, and study opportunities to the audience. The main focus of the presentation was to demonstrate www.armacad.info, to show the easiest way to search, browse and find relevant information in any academic discipline.
