APRC is working on the project on Georgia’s Dairy Market System Analysis and Mapping. With funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Land O'Lakes International Development is leading an innovative, demand-driven Food for Progress 2018, Safety and Quality Investment in Livestock (SQIL) project to improve food safety and quality along Georgia’s dairy and beef value chains
A study of the Georgian tea sector’s competitiveness has been undertaken to reveal the potential for investment. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has been increasing its support for private sector development in Georgia which, alongside recent government reforms, is expected to improve the investment climate, giving further momentum to the EBRD's diversifying portfolio.
The goal of the project is to contribute to the sustainable development of mountainous regions of Georgia. The project is commissioned by Centre for Training and Consultancy (CTC) with EU funding. The following activities are envisioned within the project:
The study analyzes pecuniary economic costs and benefits associated with new policies on maternity, paternity, and parental leave in Georgia, using a state-of-the-art methodology utilized in EU member countries.
From September 2018 to November 2018, APRC conducted a B2B market study for a private party. The aim of the study was to determine the potential size- and geography of the demand for frozen bakery and pastry products from hotels and chain shops in Georgia.
APRC conducted a Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) of the Draft Law on Windbreaks and provided recommendations on policy options for implementing proposed regulation in inclusive and sustainable way.
