The objective of the project is to analyze options for a private, Georgia-based company to expand its operations. ISET-PI was commissioned by MGeorgia, holding company of JSC ”Chateau Mukhrani” and “Georgian Wines and Spirits Company” Ltd (GWS),  to conduct an assessment of the current conditions and future prospects in the spirit and drinks market, and based on this assessment to evaluate potential benefits of different case scenarios, currently considered by the company. The final report will contain estimations of Return on Investment (ROI), Profit and Loss (P&L), and corresponding recommendations for each option considered.
