Matsatso Tepnadze, ISET class 2012, has been recently appointed head of the division of planning for infrastructure projects at the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI). This division is in charge of elaborating project selection and planning methods, based on a systemic evaluation of strategic public infrastructure projects.
Prior to this, Matsatso served as a feasibility study specialist at the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF). In this capacity, she helped analyze large-scale municipal infrastructure projects and improve project evaluation standards. Additionally, she was actively engaged in the process of identifying sector-specific infrastructure bottlenecks and formulating policy recommendations.
