The International School of Economics at TSU (ISET) and ISET Policy Institute (ISET-PI) is seeking a PR Officer.

Dimension and Scope

• Promotes the organizational image

• Ensures increased visibility of ISET and ISET-PI

• Initiates and maintains all communications with various publics and media

Qualifications/Education

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or another field related to the duties and responsibilities of the position. A demonstrated record of excellence in Public Relations and/or Marketing. Previous experience in PR, marketing, events promotion, or journalism. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Participates in coordination of planning of student recruitment and admission campaigns in Georgia and other countries;

• Increases ISET-PI visibility in the Georgian policy circles and the general public including types of products, media partners, use of social media, etc.

• Supports advertising campaigns in Georgia, South Caucasus, and other countries;

• Overseas production of ISET and ISET PI Publicity materials: brochures, newsletters, flyers, posters, t-shirts, pens, etc.

• Manages social media channels and other e-advertising tools;

• Produces regular news items and other PR content (success stories) ;

• Ensures media coverage of key events and products (writes announcements and press releases, organizes press conferences, communicates with media and information agencies);

• Organizes, coordinates and promotes ISET events;

• Manages to brand of the company;

• Coordinates media requests and deliveries;

• Promotes ISET visibility and publicity;

• Handles internal communication activities.
