Teona Khaindrava is a Deputy Director for Operations and HR for ISET and ISET Policy Institute. She holds a Master's Degree in the field of Engineering Economics from Georgian Technical University. Since 2007, Khaindrava has joined ISET.

In 2011, she became a member of the ISET Policy Institute team and is dealing with administrative issues. She has extensive knowledge of Local Employment laws and policies, the ability to inspire trust, organize people into effective teams, managing complex projects and programs including procurement and contractual matters.
