Tracking Real Estate Prices

Calculate Real Estate Sale Price Change for Various Classes of Real Estate. We use data on property advertisements placed on major Georgian real estate website. Quarterly data is generated for specified classifications of types of properties. Quarterly prices are tracked and changes are reported in a quarter to quarter and year to year terms.

An ISET-PI team led by EEPRC’s Head Norberto Pignatti is conducting a Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) of the pension reform currently discussed in Georgia. The government of Georgia is considering to introduce a reform of the Pension system. The process is led by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development (MoESD).
